Basque Pintxos Bar - Happy Hour at Ondo's | Monday-Friday 4:00-6:30pm
 
To travel through Basque Country, one will eventually end up in a Pintxos Bar.  Pintxos are "finger food", traditionally served atop toasted sliced baguette bread.  They are a unique aspect of the Basque people, who always seem to find the time to sneek in a glass of Txokoli wine and a couple pintxos before heading about their business.
 
In an effort to get the digestive juices flowing, pintxos are lined up right on the bar for all to see.  Part of the tradition includes toothpicks that are inserted through the pintxos to hold everything together as well as to keep track of how many pintxos each person has eaten. 
 
At Ondo's, we have tried to recreate this special experience during our Happy Hour (Monday-Friday 4-6:30pm).  All our our mouthwatering pintxos are $2 a piece.  So grab a plate and start serving yourself.  And to wash it all down, we have some drink specials.  Heineken draft beer $2, Red or White Sangria $4 per glass, $7 half liter, $10 full liter, House rose, white or red wine $5, and Premium Wells $3.  We hope that you will enjoy this culinary buffet of Basque cuisine.
